Advisor and WhatsApp handoff
If you choose WhatsApp, email, or another external channel, only the context needed for follow-up is shared. Please do not send payment card data, identity documents, or unrelated sensitive information through chat.
Sharing and retention
We do not sell personal data. Information is shared only with service providers or sourcing partners when required to fulfill a request and retained only as long as operationally necessary.
